Flag Service Project:
Saturday May 7th 900 AM At St Stephens.
Review, repair existing flags and poles for upcoming holidays when we put out flags.
Drive to customer homes (neighborhood around church) to verify sidewalk markings and pole sleeves.
Install new sleeves for new customers.
1 to 2 hours.
Flag service hours (required for T94 rank advancement)
Coin collection MB:
Chuck Freas finished teaching. Boys need to bring organized collection to show Chuck (50 coin minimum) then they will get merit badge.
Need help for Mrs Chavez to sort orders.

Install joists and decking and handrails.
Meet at church at 9 AM or go to work site. Start work at 9:30AM.

42 Scouts participated in at least part of last weekends camp. I counted around 31 tents pitched at the “Buzzard’s Roost” location at Camp Don.

Friday night had the Temperature dropped to the lower 30’s. Everyone stayed warm though. And, fourtunately the wind died down. Temps went up quickly with the sun. Overall, the weather was great.
Saturday kicked off with a chill in the air and the Patrols cooking their own food. For some newer scouts, this was a new experience. With the help of more experienced scouts, everyone made great meals.continue reading
